These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jtween platform and its associated services. By visiting the website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account.
• You must use a bank account or mobile financial service account registered in your own name.
• You must ensure that online gaming is not prohibited in your location or place of residence.

2.2 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account secure. Login credentials (username and password) must never be shared with any third party. If any unauthorized access or suspicious activity is noticed on the account, our support team must be informed immediately.

jtween reserves the right to suspend or close any account involved in misuse, identity theft, or transactions conducted under another person's identity.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit funds at jtween: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300.

• The deposit account must be registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• After a successful deposit, the balance is generally credited instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount across all methods is ৳1,000. Standard withdrawal processing is completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the account from which the deposit was made.
• If applicable bonus wagering has not been completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
• For large withdrawal amounts where identity verification has not been completed, additional verification may be required.

3.3 Currency and Tax Liability

jtween processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any taxes or duties applicable on winnings are entirely the user's responsibility. jtween does not provide any tax-related advice.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jtween offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; depositing ৳18,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.

• The welcome bonus applies only once per eligible account.
• Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method are not eligible for the bonus.
• Only bets placed on eligible games will count toward the wagering calculation.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified period, the bonus may be cancelled.

4.2 VIP Cashback Program

jtween's VIP program has 4 tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's activity and engagement on the platform. Wagering conditions may also apply to cashback bonuses.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

jtween explicitly prohibits: bonus abuse, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, collusion (placing bets by mutual arrangement), and using any technical advantage to gain an unfair benefit. If such activity is detected, the bonus may be forfeited and the account may be closed.

5.1 General Gaming Terms

All games available on jtween are operated by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt). Game results are entirely dependent on RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is impartial and verifiable.

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.

• jtween reserves the right to review any round if gaming activity appears suspicious.

5.2 Sports Betting

The following rules apply when placing bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:

• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet may be cancelled or rescheduled.
• In live betting, bets placed after the designated cut-off time will be considered void.
• Betting history cannot be changed after official results are announced.
• The same rules apply to all cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Match fixing or assisting in illegal influence over any sporting event.
• Collusion or coordinated betting with other users.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
